What you'll be responsible for
- Coordinate meetings and events and align parties throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Candidate Management: Create good candidate experiences and relationships by engaging and supporting applicants throughout the recruitment funnel.
- Create Job Openings: Post job openings on job boards and social media, and assist with background checks and reference verifications.
Skills you'll need
- Accurately identify and rectify discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.
- Write in a clear and structured format to convey information and ideas effectively to a target audience.
- Work with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.
