Are you an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor ready to contribute to a well-established brand and deliver outstanding customer experiences? Join our South Australian team, where we operate in a ‘spec’ building environment with pre-designed homes and colour schemes. You’ll oversee multiple builds, manage key trades, ensure quality standards, and coordinate suppliers to deliver homes safely and smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a respected member of our construction team, you’ll:
- Supervise new home builds across multiple sites
- Coordinate and schedule trades and suppliers
- Maintain high standards of quality and site safety
- Use industry-leading construction software to streamline scheduling and call-ups
- Foster strong relationships with loyal trades and suppliers
- Deliver a professional and respectful experience to all stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who understands the volume-building environment and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Recent experience supervising residential new home builds
- A strong trade background
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction
- Construction Site Supervisors licence
- A current driver’s licence
- A commitment to safety and the ability to promote a safety-first culture
