Leave Administrator


We are currently looking for a Leave Administrator in Nashville, TN.

The Leave Administrator has responsibility for oversight of Sitel’s leaves and accommodation policy and compliance including, but not limited, to Family & Medical Leave Act and Americans with Disability Act, plus Workers Compensation Claims Management.





  • Vendor Management.
  • Claims and Case Management including review, approval and monitoring.
  • Supports Field HR with administration of Leaves, ADA programs and Workers Compensation claims and return to work and OSHA.
  • Data Analysis and Trend reporting.
  • Develops, reviews and revises program policies and procedures according to legal guidelines to establish a culture of health and safety and legislative compliance.
  • Evaluates practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
  • Conducts training and presentations for leaves, ADA and H&S matters and accident prevention.
  • Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations.
  • Effectively report to senior management on site and region performance with recommendations for improvement or mitigation of negative behaviors.
  • Other duties as required. 




  • Minimum of five years of previous experience in a similar job, with focus on Leave administration, ADA and Workers Compensation.
  • Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills. 
  • Good computer skills – Microsoft Office preferred. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.




  • Superior understanding of legislative requirements in the area employment law and compliance including FMLA, ADA and Workers Compensation.
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable to change and thrive in a team environment. 
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving and employee relation abilities. 
  • Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality.




  • Bachelor Degree with a focus on Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
