Position Summary

J. J. Keller is hiring experienced consultative sales professionals to join our growing team of 400+ sales associates.

You will work from your home office while being responsible for selling new business to an assigned account base using an outbound calling, relationship driven, and consultative sales approach.

Your primary focus will be selling Contractual Managed Services, Consulting Services, and Technology Solutions to existing and prospective customers within either the Transportation (DOT Compliance) or Industrial Safety (OSHA Compliance) / Human Resources industries.

  • $61,000+ total target compensation
  • Monday through Friday:  40hr per week work schedule (no nights or weekends)

  • High School degree or equivalency required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business preferred


  • 2+ years of consultative sales experience in an account development/relationship selling model.
  • Experience selling intangible services and contractual business.

  • Able to penetrate accounts using a strategic and consultative approach to uncover and identify current and future sales opportunities
  • Ability to be assumptive while using an outbound sales call approach
  • Effectively apply sales process while remaining confident and assertive
  • Openly accept and apply sales coaching and feedback
  • Strong verbal communication and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively deal with sales rejection
  • Strong computer aptitude
