Job Description:


Sailpoint Identity IQ Developer

  • Set-up, configuration and development of SailPoint IdentityIQ platforms (3yrs+)
  • IAM experience (3ys+)
  • Perform Java development (5yrs+)
  • Communicate aspects of the implementation at a technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation.
  • Application of software development principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
  • Agile development (1yr+)
  • Understand Business Requirements; participates in System Requirement Analysis; design Applications based on System Requirements and Architecture, prototype if necessary, develop, unit test and deployment.
  • Comply with development standards and general industry-based practices.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of application development/delivery standards, tools and processes.
  • Evangelize new technologies and tools, promote top code quality by leading design and code reviews, and solve challenging issues related to performance tuning and scalability.
  • Train new and/or junior members of the team


  • Responsible for the overall system design.
  • Documents development requirements for database, applications, and operation system environment.
  • Consults with end users to test and debug applications to meet client needs.
  • Serves as expertise in all aspects of designing and application development.
  • May conduct training to IT Staff.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree and may be expected to have an advanced degree in area of specialty and 3-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
  • May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
