Your Responsibilities

  • This position will work with our Customer and Product Support Solutions Architecture, Product Diagnostic and Service Development team, and other innovation teams to research, investigate, evaluate, and test new and emerging technology solutions

What It Takes

  • Incredible attention to detail and passion for researching and evaluating new technologies
  • Strong interest in software programming
  • Ability to analyze, translate and define business requirements into technical solutions
  • Comfortable working with web, mobile, and/or desktop development environment (Java, C++)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
  • Pursuing degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related degree
  • Must be registered as a full-time student at a local university
  • Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
  • Graduation date of December 2019 or later 
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
  • 16 - 20 hours/week during the academic year
  • 35 - 40 hours/week during the summer semester

A strong candidate will also have

  • Knowledge of web application infrastructure software concepts.
  • Knowledge of mobile application development (iOS and/or Android).
  • Experience installing and using software.
  • Experience with modern front-end development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and common libraries such as jQuery.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like Amazon Web Services.
