JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Cyber Security Analyst: Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to support the Project Management Office for Aircraft Survivability Equipment (PMO ASE) located in Huntsville, AL. The candidate will function as an integral member of a team of Government, Military, and Contractor Personnel that provides program, engineering, and technical support to PMO ASE. PMO ASE is an acquisition management organization under the Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S). The team provides acquisition management support, program research, engineering, logistics, and technical support for the development and fielding of world class aircraft survivability equipment. The candidate will work within PMO ASE supporting Product Offices and develop and implement a Cybersecurity Approach and provide expertise for the establishment and conduct of an IPT for the integration, operation and implementation of a Program Protection Plan for PM ASE systems as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Maintain day-to-day security posture of PM ASE security program and its products/systems.

- Support Critical Program Information (CPI) Assessments and complete the Intelligence Production Requests (IPR) for an assessment of the threats to CPI.

- Develop the plan to mitigate risk through countermeasure development, to include Software Assurance (SwA), Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), Cybersecurity, and Anti- Tamper.

- Assist in the development of a Security Classification Guides (SCG) associated with PM ASE Products as required.

- Assist the Product Mangers in the development of Technology Assessment and Control Plans (TA/CP) associated with PM ASE Products as required.

- Coordinate with PEO IEW&S to perform Critical Function Analysis (CFA) to identify critical logic bearing components and then submit these components to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Threat Assessment Center (TAC) for threat assessments.

- Provide quarterly FISMA reporting, monthly Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) reporting, weekly Cyber Situational Awareness reports outlining current threats, security news, changes in regulations or requirements, and new security tools available for use.

- Prepare and maintain security documentation required for lifecycle milestones for Programs of Record (e.g., SSP, TEMP, CSS, PPP/ATP, etc.) and coordinate required cybersecurity developmental & operational testing including Blue/Red team testing.

- Lead team analysis efforts and presentation of individual and team results to the customer.

- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

- Experience with aircraft survivability equipment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

- Must currently possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
