Global Partner Support is focused on SAP re-sold partner products (3rd party products sold on SAP paper). We build the framework to enable partner support, develop and publish product expertise for proactive and reactive support, and offer remote services to partners.

We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team. You will take an active part in the continuous development of our SAP Cloud product, SAP Resolve. Focusing on ABAP and OData development but also opened to other (new) topics within the team.

ROLE

You will be part of our global team working on the development of SAP Resolve Cloud Product. Focusing on SAP Cloud Platform, it requires ABAP but also SAP UI5 / HTML5 development. As part of the team, you will be involved in the whole project process, from the architecture to the development, test and production phases. You will also be working on the SAP Resolve support and maintenance activities.

Always looking for innovative solution, you will be able to leverage all the amazing products SAP provides to enable our partner to provide better support. Going from Machine Learning, to Hana Cloud reporting or SAP Solution Manager ITSM, SAP Resolve provides a complete platform for our partners. As part of the team you will be exposed to all those aspects and encouraged to follow new trends and innovate every day.

You will participate on other projects to help our partners improve the support to our customers so they can use our joint solution at their best. Developing tools, solving incidents and offering customer services, you will work on improving our customer experience with SAP and partner support.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree or similar education in Software Engineering, Computer Science or UX design
  • Experience on Abap development, if possible on Hana DB and Abap performance tuning. Abap administration is a plus
  • Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, S/4 Hana would be appreciated
  • Experience on SAP HANA Cloud Integration and Cloud Analytics is a plus.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Autonomous and curious

OTHER SKILLS

  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Ability to work in a globally distributed environment
  • Good understanding of the DevOps mind-set
  • UX design skills would be an advantage
