Are you an ambitious technical leader who wants to develop high performing work teams and enjoy working on the installation and repair of machinery?  As a part of the operations team within our Spirits Plant, you will have the opportunity to enlist internal and external resources to make improvements that shape production and product quality.  You will use your leadership experience to direct teams toward success in a fast-paced production environment while working with a wide range of exciting products. If you have a desire to learn lean manufacturing principles, we offer green and black belt certification programs.

What You’ll Do

Leadership Development

  • Lead a team of highly technical professionals in a high-speed production environment. 
  • Motivate and empower your team to perform to the best of their abilities and maximize production quality. 

Continuous Improvement

  • Deployment of lean principles and tools
  • Enlists internal and external resources to improve standard work processes and material handling methods
  • Champions the 4E’s (Engages, Enlists, Envisions, and Executes)

Technical Development

  • Executes capital projects.
  • Improves the effectiveness of systems, policies, and procedures

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 5 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 6 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Required to work an off-shift (swing or graveyard) when scheduled.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Required to occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 7 years of production or operations or technical maintenance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Experience working in a consumer product goods environment.
  • Experience applying LEAN methodology.
  • Project management experience.
