Manage all quality systems, including visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing and control of products and materials to conform to established standards of quality in various stages of manufacturing.  Maintain and analyze quality records and issue periodic reports.  Further develop plant specific quality training and First Line Leader training.  Further develop the centerlining and benchmarking program.  Participate on plant safety committee.

 

Knowledge and Experience:

 

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

3-5 years manufacturing experience; preferably in a corrugated or converting environment.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing, implementing and managing high performance work systems and teams

  Knowledge of and compliance with local and corporate policies
