Program Overview:

MDLDP will prepare participants for roles of increasing responsibility in the Endoscopy Commercial Organization.  Participants will begin their career participating in a 9 month comprehensive rotational program at the corporate office residing within the Boston area. They will spend 4-8 weeks in each rotation learning the main objectives and functions of the department, and taking an active role in special projects. Throughout the 9 month program participants will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and gaining experience both internally and externally working directly in the field with various Field Sales employees. In addition, participants will also have the opportunity to experience international exposure to better understand the global aspects of the organization and business.

Once completing the 9 month internal rotation, participants will relocate to a determined field sales location and participate as a customer facing educational and territory support sales role.  Eligible participants will advance into an Account Specialist role with the introduction of sales revenue responsibilities, in addition to educational and clinical support.
