Financial Accountant
Location: Brisbane
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year + super

Our client, a leading player in their industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join their Brisbane-based team. What You'll Do:
- Take ownership of preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing process with precision and efficiency
- Provide key financial insights for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial systems and reporting processes
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- CA or CPA qualification (or working towards)
- At least 3 or 4 years of experience in financial accounting
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
