THE ROLE
As an Account Manager at MightyHive (Monks) you will work with our stellar team to manage analytics projects and media campaigns for a portfolio of clients. This is a consultative role advising clients on ways to harness different technology solutions, and optimize their digital media performance to drive long-term value - mainly through Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platforms. Technology is outpacing our client's abilities to adopt and implement these tools so clients look to our team for their strategic knowledge of the digital space coupled with our platform know-how to bring results.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Account Management
- Managing client relationships and providing ongoing account management.
- Understanding clients’ marketing technology, and providing support and expertise to help them maximise their use.
- Provide technical and strategic support to clients to help them get the best results from their advertising activity.
- Providing analysis, insight, and expertise for clients on our products and offerings.
- Develop initiatives and tactics designed to drive incremental spend within the client patch and the wider team.
Digital Media Implementation
- Implementation of digital media campaigns across display, video, mobile, social and search advertising.
- Analyzing data for reporting and optimizing advertising campaigns.
- Providing recommendations to clients to improve results of their digital media campaigns.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Successful candidates will have 2-3 years experience in digital media buying platforms and account management.
- Previous experience managing campaigns, specifically, setting up, optimizing & reporting on a DSP or search engines.
- Strong data analysis abilities, attention to detail & verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred skills in a number of the following: Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, TTD, Google Ads, Microsoft Search Engine (previously Bing), Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter.
- Planning experience preferred but not required.
- Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, discover and test new ideas.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and fun startup environment.
