The Role

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, our Reception and Concierge teams are the first points of contact for staff and visitors to ABN’s Leederville office.

As part of our Reception and Concierge team, you will be greeting customers and ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed with a customer-focussed, respectful and professional approach.

A customer-centric, hospitality-driven attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to guest experience are essential to the success of this role.

The successful applicant must be available to work on weekends.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the showroom and office
  • Answering and redirecting calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Providing a high level of customer service and hospitality at all times
  • Connecting clients effectively with the most appropriate contact within the building
  • Management of meeting rooms and common areas
  • Ensuring the showroom is maintained and presented to an exceptional standard
  • Establishing strong working relationships with ABN Group staff across all business units
  • General administration and office duties as required

You
To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Previous experience in delivering a high level of customer service (retail, hotel, airline, or hospitality experience would be highly regarded)
  • Previous experience working in a corporate receptionist role (advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience liaising with a range of stakeholders including Executives
  • Excellent communication skills, including an outstanding telephone manner
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Good computer and data entry skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Experience with Visitor Management Systems would be highly regarded
