Your role:
We are looking for a Martech Project Manager who is highly motivated, solutions-focused, and has proven experience across the Adobe Experience Cloud stack. You’ll have success in increasing agile adoption, removing roadblocks, and applying best practice solutions scalable in transformation projects.
You will play a key role in:
- Working with multiple agile teams and driving initiatives for project delivery.
- Collaborating with stakeholders for requirement gathering, scope definition, and solution delivery.
- Developing mechanisms to track performance and value realization on investments.
- Quickly gathering information on work progress and communicating with key stakeholders.
- Identifying, monitoring, and managing risks, issues, and dependencies, and agreeing on appropriate risk responses.
Your profile:
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Pega, or Unica.
- Experience in Waterfall or Agile project management, leading multiple Agile teams and strategic initiatives.
- Proven track record in driving and leading projects/programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading Agile/DevOps implementations.
- Experience in scoping and developing plans for strategic projects.
- Experience in executing business change and key stakeholder management.
- Proven analytical and data-driven skills.
- Certification as Scrum Master, SAFe, or PMI, with experience in Agile ALM tools like JIRA/Confluence.
