Description

Following a thorough training, your tasks will include but not be limited to:


  • Source of new candidates using several platforms and methods.
  • Select and call candidates, organise and conduct HR interviews and prepare technical assessments.
  • Keep the internal database up to date, ensuring compliance to Company's policies and GDPR standards.
  • Accurately escalate and follow-up on applications.
  • Provide constant feedback to candidates.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to keep a high level of communication between the teams and the management.
  • Assist on other ad-hoc HR tasks and assist to the follow-up post onboarding of the new hires.
  • Participate to events with consultants to maintain a great working atmosphere.


Your competences required:


  • A first little experience or internship in HR or Recruitment is a good advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fast learning approach and proactiveness
  • Methodical and organised mindset
  • Fun and team spirited
  • Adaptable to high pressure work demands
  • Languages: English, Spanish, French or German are an important asset
