Description
Following a thorough training, your tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Source of new candidates using several platforms and methods.
- Select and call candidates, organise and conduct HR interviews and prepare technical assessments.
- Keep the internal database up to date, ensuring compliance to Company's policies and GDPR standards.
- Accurately escalate and follow-up on applications.
- Provide constant feedback to candidates.
- Participate in weekly meetings to keep a high level of communication between the teams and the management.
- Assist on other ad-hoc HR tasks and assist to the follow-up post onboarding of the new hires.
- Participate to events with consultants to maintain a great working atmosphere.
Your competences required:
- A first little experience or internship in HR or Recruitment is a good advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Fast learning approach and proactiveness
- Methodical and organised mindset
- Fun and team spirited
- Adaptable to high pressure work demands
- Languages: English, Spanish, French or German are an important asset
