At Ebro Factory, we are looking for a seasoned IT Server Administrator to lead critical infrastructure tasks and ensure the robustness of our systems in a high-demand industrial environment.
? Your Mission
You’ll be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Linux (Red Hat) and Windows servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. You'll act as a point of reference for infrastructure-related matters and provide technical expertise to different teams within the company.
? Your Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and monitor Linux and Windows servers and services.
- Manage performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure system stability.
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with internal IT policies.
- Support software and hardware upgrades across the infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical solutions.
- Document infrastructure processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
? Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or similar.
- 10+ years of experience as a Linux system administrator.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Engineer, Microsoft Certifications) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
