Sales Tools Specialist

Bentley is looking to hire a Sales Onboarding & Enablement (O&E) Specialist in our Exton, PA Headquarters, to provide support to our sales colleagues with regard to the effective and productive use of our Sales Tools by enabling our internal users, encouraging adoption of the tools, ensuring the adoption of new Bentley’s Sales Process Implementation and providing Onboarding Support and Enablement for all sales colleagues.


To succeed in this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment in having to address simultaneous support issues from Bentley’s sales colleagues on our sales tools and other process-related queries.   You should be able to quickly learn and master the different sales tools we use in Bentley so that you can be effective in enabling sales colleagues. Most importantly, you need to have the patience for working with our sales tools users during the enablement process and should enjoy providing continuous service to our sales colleagues.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • DRIVE ADOPTION of our Sales Tools to our Sales Colleagues to increase their productivity and allow them to FOCUS on what Sales should be doing most of their time…
    • Enable new hires on our Sales Tools and provide refresher sessions as required
    •  Provide support and guidance to the Sales Teams’ questions with regards to the use of our Sales Tools
    • Document processes and instructional materials for reference to our Sales Teams (collaboration with Sales Ops Communications Team
  • SUPPORT Sales Managers in the Onboarding & Enablement of new Sales Colleagues by Defining the Onboarding Content, coordinating the delivery and Collaborating with Sales Operations Communications for the dynamic content to keep it relevant and up-to-date
    • Provide COORDINATION & LOGISTICS support for the Sales Managers on the 90-Day Onboarding Plan of the New Hires
    • Develop and Maintain the content of the Onboarding Document (collaboration with Sales Ops Communications. Team)
    • Monitor and Track the completion of the 90-Day Onboarding Plan (including Assessment results as relevant)
  • WORK CLOSELY through CONTINUOUS FEEDBACK with Sales Management, Business Intelligence, and the Business Solutions team to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments for Bentley’s Sales Team
    • Provide regular feedback from users of the Sales Tools to internal stakeholders (Sales Mgt., BI, BS, etc).
    • Review processes related to the use of the Sales Tools and provide feedback / suggest alternative workarounds to improve efficiency when relevant
    • Coordinate with internal teams / implement escalation process during sales tools’ downtime / outages


What You Bring To The Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years+ of work experience in related positions
  • Exposure to CRM systems and other sales tools i.e. Social Selling, Customer Profiling
  • Business-level communication skills in English and one or more languages depending on the territory covered (ASIA, EMEA, LA)
  • A patient, polite, confident and friendly manner and a positive attitude.
  • Conscientious, disciplined, organized, credible, and adaptable individuals who love to teach and enable others
  • Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. SAP experience a plus.
