We have a rewarding opportunity for a Senior level Developer who will be responsible for designing best in class application architectures, defining system integration strategies and creating new applications as well as support existing systems. Responsibilities include application architecture, systems design, coding, testing, documenting, deployment, and support. Required skills include .Net development, C# development, SQL development, data analysis, database design, quality assurance, and technical architecture design.This is an opportunity for the right individual to join at the ground floor in shaping the applications platform for Holiday Retirement. The selected individual will work as a member of multiple dynamic teams ensuring our systems integrate based on industry best practices. He/She must be adept at working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.

IT Developer:
  • Interpret business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Write code to technical specifications.
  • Perform thorough testing.
  • Investigate, analyze and repair defects.
  • Perform maintenance and support for existing applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Manage the source control repository.
  • Establish and implement standard development processes, controls, and environment.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to support, practice and deliver the “Holiday Touch” 100% of the time.
  • Must demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability.
  • Ability to keep all business and operations information confidential and follow IT Department’s security procedures.
  • Desire and ability to be a team player.

Qualifications:
  • A working knowledge ASP.NET, VB.NET and/or C#, and Transact-SQL.
  • Ability to develop stored procedures/functions for MS SQL Server.
  • Experience creating efficient browser based user interfaces and workflow using HTML5, jQuery, and XML
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and Integration Services is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment or independently and take project ownership and initiative.
  • Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to understand a customer's needs.
  • Minimum 5 Years of professional experience.
  • BS in Computer Science or Engineering
