Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing Events




We're seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team at our Global Headquarters in Rhode Island. 


The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for the coordination and execution of industry events including the Global Licensing Show (Las Vegas), and licensing/retailer summits. Works in partnership with Global Brand Execution team to develop strong branded play statements at Toy Fairs, Global Sales Meeting, and product/retail Hallway resets internal meetings.


The position is also responsible for ensuring that the regional commercial teams have fast and coordinated access to brand and category development tools (sell sheets, bulletins, presentation, pitches) and other execution plans necessary to drive revenue. The function also works in concert with Consumer Products marketing director to build creatively compelling selling tools.


The role serves the category, creative and retail teams in licensing in partnership with the Global Brand Team and Global Brand Execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with SVP, Global Brand Execution and Creative to fully execute key licensing events in the Master Calendar including key Licensing Shows around the world (trade show, key notes, sizzles, etc) and licensee meetings. Provide guidance to regional teams on smaller trade show to ensure consistency in yearly message/tone.
  • Develop and manage a calendar and budget that supports all identified shows and events
  • Manage all Trade Show and Event supplier/vendor relationships
  • Manage all storage and shipping related issues to Trade Shows and Events
  • Assemble teams to manager the set-up, management, and tear-down for all Trade-Shows and Events
  • Coordinate the collection, shipping, and merchandising of product to be displayed at all Trade Shows and Event
  • Engage key constituents around the company to provide support for event (Global Brand Execution, Global Brand Team and Regional marketing teams)
  • Brand Play Integrations
  • World with creative and product development specialist teams as well as GBE to ensure Global licensing execution of "branded play" for all corporate initiatives including Global Sales Meeting, Toy Fairs and main street displays, etc.
  • Provide visuals, presentations, content for Consumer Products for Hasbro events (Analyst Meetings, Board, Licensing Show, Trade Shows, BLE, etc)



  • Work with Marketing Director to create and execution of global, comprehensive, professional selling tools by the Global Brand Team/ Consumer Products creative organization based on master communication plan. Broadcast to regional licensing teams. Selling tools include brand presentations, sizzles, Hot sheets, Look Book, Luxe Book etc.
  • Coordinate all Trade Show and Event related advertising and marketing materials.


Education, knowledge and skills required

  • Ability to work successfully in highly matrix organization
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Adept at project management including anticipating and planning for "curve balls"
  • Ability to create compelling pitches and presentations. Creative background is encouraged
  • Budget management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong relationship building skills
