Job Summary

Develops, plans and manages implementation of activities for highly complex projects/programs for CenturyLink website properties

Job Description

  • Passion for delighting our customers measured in increased engagement and sales.
  • You develop, manage, and communicate a digital product roadmap that accomplishes business/ and customer goals
  • You lead effective product design sessions culminating in technical requirements ready for development.
  • You make simplifications where possible to deliver a minimum viable product or feature, and build up functionality from there in an iterative fashion. (Consider the 80/20 rule.)
  • You are data-driven in your approach wherever possible, seeking to collect and analyze data so as to improve a product’s features, subscription and/or desired activity conversion, user engagement, retention, and churn.
  • You build features and products considering the customer first.
  • You look for opportunities to engage with end users of a product, as well as BAM’s customers, whenever and wherever possible. (Calls/Interviews, surveys, user research, etc.)



  • You help establish a product’s goals, and you measure your product’s success against them.
  • You’ll prioritize and make tradeoffs based on customer and sales impact
  • You escalate issues expediently and accurately when blockers arise.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 6+ years experience
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to include preparing presentations for executives and senior leadership team
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and major projects simultaneously
  • Strong preference for ecommerce background
