Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • As part of the Sales Planning and Administration, you will perform all job functions related to processing and coordinating truck sales orders.
  • Assist in the creation of sales promotions, including performing margin analysis to predict the impact on Kenworth profitability.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and ad hoc reports for Senior Management.
  • Represent Kenworth to the nationwide dealer network and serve as a liaison between dealers and other Kenworth departments.
  • Facilitate credit/debit transactions between Kenworth and the dealer network. 
  • Research and solve unique problems experienced by dealers, plants, engineering, and other divisions of PACCAR.

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Currently enrolled in a BA or MA program with a business degree focus. Minimum qualifications include completion of sophomore year in a business program leading to a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven PC skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel; prior experience using Access database system preferred).
