Position Summary

J. J. Keller is hiring experienced sales professionals to join our inside sales team.  This is a remote, work-from-home position based out of the Midwest Region, selling new business to an assigned account base using an outbound calling approach.  This position requires a very consultative sales approach with a focus on selling Contractual Services, Consulting and Training Solutions, to existing and prospective customers within the Occupational Health & Safety (OSHA) and Human Resources markets. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry sales experience that has focused on selling intangible or contract service and solutions, as well as products within the OSHA and/or Human Resources markets.

  • Effectively apply sales process while remaining confident and assertive
  • Openly accept and apply sales coaching and feedback
  • Strong verbal communication and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively deal with sales rejection
  • Strong computer aptitude

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business preferred

Experience:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in an account development/relationship selling model.
  • Experience selling intangible services and contractual business preferred.
