Intern - Human Resources

Job Summary

This position will provide management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced predictive analytics.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Work on creating dashboards to track specific metrics in the areas of:
    • human resources – turnover, average tenure/age,
    • benefits – participation rates,
    • payroll – error rates, direct deposit participation,
    • compensation – comparatio reporting,
    • talent acquisition – open positions, days to hire,
    • training – participation rate. 
  • This involved gathering the data, reviewing data for any discrepancies and analyzing data.
  • Manage the job description project in preparation for SuccessFactors.
  • Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions


  • High school diploma
  • Working towards obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline
