Serves as Senior Shared Services Administrator, undertaking administrative tasks, audits, and queries for Shared Services activities, Leave Management administration, monitoring policies for regulatory agencies, as well as Immigration tracking, License/Certifications, OTM Contract Administration and Retention Guidelines. Acts as a primary liaison between the Leave Management Third party administrator and partners with Employee Relations, Occupational Health and Risk Management to ensure compliance with appropriate Leave of Absences guidelines.



-Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

-Prefer a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.


 -Must have five years of human resources experience or business related data to include experience working with the PeopleSoft or other HRIS systems.

Equivalent Experience:



-Prefer certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - OR –

-Certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) - OR –

-Certification as a Society for Human Resource Management

- Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) - OR –

-Certification as a Society for Human Resource Management

 - Senior Certified professional (SHRM-SCP)

Skills or Special Abilities:

 -Adjusts to rapidly changing priorities, conditions and resources.

-Analyze, examines and reviews Service Level Agreements (SLA¿s) for OTM and ensure reports are distributed to leaders to monitor progress.

 -Communicates, delivers and receives important information via written, verbal and non-verbal channels in a timely, accurate & motivational manner.

-Coordinates, transacts activities necessary to ensure process completion and policy compliance.

 -Conceptualizes, applies, analyzes and synthesizes HR and general management knowledge and expertise to reach effective decisions in a complex, time-pressured environment.

-Tracks processes to ensure compliance with requirements, such as Licensure and Certification, Immigration tracking, Leave Management, and Retention Guidelines.

 -Interpersonally interacts with teams and employees at all levels.

-Proactively delivers value-added HR services, including attitude, knowledge, technical support and quality, in a timely manner.

 -Effectively applies and navigates Outlook, MS Word, Excel PeopleSoft, and Service Now Case Management system.
