Swedish is seeking applicants for our July 2024 RN Main and SDS Pre Post Fellowship . An RN Fellowship with Swedish will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your new specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by preceptors. If you have more than 12 months of continuous RN experience, you owe it to yourself to explore this exceptional opportunity. This position starts July 29, 2024.

Full-Time, Variable shifts available

Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment

Med Surg and Telemetry: $15,000

All other Departments: $10,000

Relocation is also available for applicants who qualify.

Required qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
