 Intake Specialist Nights (7p-7:30a)  - New Facility in West Chester, PA! 

Haven Behavioral Hospital of West Chester is opening a new 72-bed facility providing high-quality, specialty behavioral health services for individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues. POSITION SUMMARY:
· Receives and responds to call inquiries for potential admissions and generalized questions.
· Obtains the required information to facilitate admissions.
· Makes referrals for persons who are not appropriate for admission.
· Completes pre-authorization of services
· Welcomes patient and completes paperwork upon arrival to facility

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: CPI/CPR per policy. Current licensure or certification, preferred, by discipline.

EXPERIENCE: Experience with crisis management or intake preferred.
