Job Description
  • Responsible for reviewing the chain of custody form to determine if there are any correctable errors that may require corrective action and responsible for data entry transposing of the information.
  • LIMS logging in/data entry directly from COC forms and internal data forms
  • Responsible for reviewing and entering laboratory test results and ensure that they are consistent with the information contained on the custody and control form.
  • Potential for customer inquiries via phone/e-mail and providing customer support
  • Additional tasks as required
Qualifications
  • Able to cope with the high paced work environment;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills;
  • Must be a self-starter and self-directed, a higher level of initiative required;
  • Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Must be adaptable to new and changing situations and priorities;
  • Must be familiar with operating systems such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
  • Must pay close attention to detail
