Averhealth is currently looking for a Male Drug Screening Representative for our Lawrenceburg, Frankfort, and Shelbyville, KY testing locations. This position is part-time working under 20 hours per week.
Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour + based on your attendance, a $75/bi-weekly for perfect attendance to every scheduled shift
Bonus Incentives: Employees will receive $75 bi-weekly if you have perfect attendance for every scheduled shift. You will receive $50 bi-weekly if you call out less than 2 times in the pay period and follow proper call-out procedures, and $50 per every additional covered shift.

This person MUST be available 7 days/week (weekends included) and will be primarily working (2) days per week from 6:15am-12:30pm (starting in Lawrenceburg from 6:15a-7:30a, then driving to Frankfort for 8:00a-10:00a, then driving to Shelbyville for 11:00a-12:30p).
Variable Days are due to random testing needs. You'll receive your schedule approximately a month in advance so you'll know which days of the week you're scheduled to work.
As a Drug Screening Representative, you will be working in a Patient Care Center performing an observed collection of urine samples from our patients. You will be responsible for checking in patients, performing the observed collection, shipping the samples to our lab, ensuring that the center remains clean and that our patients are served with respect and dignity.

Mobility, walking, climbing, sitting, standing, reaching, bending, lifting (minimum of 10 lbs), carrying, pushing, pulling, fine eye-hand coordination, ability to read, write, listen and speak clearly, the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions and directions, ability to drive a vehicle and travel, and ability to remain calm under pressure. Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to use computer, monitor, cell phone, mouse and keyboard extensively as well as other general office equipment.
