Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different?Join Seven Network as our new Sales Coordinator!The Opportunity:As a Sales Coordinator at Seven, you will play a pivotal role in delivering short-term digital and broadcast revenue incentives across the full portfolio of Seven broadcast and digital assets including but not limited to, linear TV assets, video, display, social, and integrated media solutions.In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing administration and sales support to the Sales Executive, Group Sales Manager, and Sales department across Digital and Broadcast.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting administrative tasks, including data entry, timely processing of proposals, bookings, inquiries, and other sales-related information as directed.Monitoring and optimising Broadcast and Digital campaign delivery within the client remit, regularly utilising the Broadcast and Digital Network Sales System.Providing and updating reports to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign delivery using both Microsoft Excel and industry-aligned systems (i.e., Neilsen & OzTam, Google Ad Manager & 7Digital Dashboards).Managing document filing, distribution, and correspondence efficiently while supporting the finance team with booking queries and participating in relevant internal and external meetings.Developing and maintaining relationships with agencies and clients, supporting the Sales team with training, conducting audience analysis using industry tools, identifying business and integration opportunities, representing Seven in the market, and implementing systematic changes as needed.About You:You’ll bring exceptional skills in building strong client relationships, possess strong interpersonal communication abilities, effective time management, team management skills, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player.
