This role is offered from 31 March 2025 until 12 December 2025 at 0.54 FTE and 39 hours per fortnight to be worked between Tuesday to Friday’s each week.This role plays a vital part in the efficient management and administration of our senior schooling team, ensuring that students have the necessary tools and support to successfully graduate and prepare for their future.The Department of Education is dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the community and schools we support by treating everyone with respect and dignity. In addition, the school has an outstanding, diverse range of extracurricular activities that keep students engaged, motivated and challenged.About the RoleResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Set up of events such as SET Planning & Information Evenings;Maintain appointment scheduling and data for SET Plans, Work experience and Senior Exit interviews;Assist with creating & maintaining student USI information;Other duties as directed by the HOD and Principal.About YouThe successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and time management skills with experience in the areas of administration such as scheduling, Excel and data entry.
