Job Requirements
Some Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage maintenance/overhead work orders, ensuring accurate coding.
Create and maintain work order documentation, manage records for planning related activities.
Manage/resolve JDE transactional/system issues.
Maintain Maintenance SharePoint site.
Support the creation and implementation of fleet/maintenance processes which are intended to create efficiencies.
Field requests from sites and other areas of the business regarding maintenance work orders and time entry.
Other administrative and coordination of duties and reporting, as required.
Qualifications
Work Experience:
Three years of experience in office administration.
Related experience in a heavy equipment environment would be an asset.
Education:
High School Diploma.
Heavy Equipment maintenance/fleet related experience or Business related certificate/diploma.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience with JDE is considered an asset.
Must be competent in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). With demonstrated intermediate level Excel.
Able to work in a team environment and independently, while demonstrating initiative and independent judgment
Able to multitask under tight deadlines and set priorities.
Excellent English (spoken/written/grammar/punctuation) and advanced interpersonal/communication skills.
Business letter writing skills and basic report preparation.
Must have a professional/positive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work in a busy environment.
Ability to make sound decisions and function with limited supervision.
Must be self-motivated.
