Samba TV is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Programmatic Consultant to join our team.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in the entire life cycle of programmatic campaigns, including but not limited to the initial set-up, management, and optimization, working to exceed client KPIs and driving campaign success.

Asides from providing world-class support for our programmatic customers, you will also be working cross-functionally with internal teams to try and maximize the impact and value of our offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring all campaigns progress optimally towards established KPIs
  • Operate across multiple technology platforms, including DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, and internal BI systems
  • Provide recommendations on availability, pricing and strategy for new campaigns, devising innovative solutions to meet clients' advertising objectives
  • Leverage data analysis and trading expertise to deliver campaigns ahead of schedule while maintaining high performance
  • Balance portfolio growth objectives with margin and profitability goals across various campaign types
  • Maintain end-to-end ownership of campaigns, consistently monitoring and optimizing performance
  • Utilize data to inform buying decisions, leading to the surpassing of client-stated KPIs and internal profit targets
  • Effectively communicate with commercial teams regarding product capabilities and positioning
  • Proactively support team members
  • Work cross-functionally with product, research, data, finance, and sales operations
  • Assist in the month revenue reconciliation process
  • Determine and drive incremental opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of Programmatic Trading experience
  • DSP experience is a must (e.g. The Trade Desk, Xandr Invest, DV360 etc.)
  • DMP experience is a plus (e.g. Semasio, Lotame, Adform, Liveramp, etc.)
  • SSP experience is a plus (e.g. Xandr, Curate, Pubmatic, Freewheel, OpenX, Magnite, etc.)
  • Project management tool experience is a plus (e.g. Jira, Monday, Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work across large datasets
  • Strong Mathematical and Analytical Skills
  • Proven commercial experience, demonstrated by consistently delivering high-quality service to clients and effectively collaborating with internal commercial teams to enhance partnerships through performance optimization, insightful analysis, and strong relationship management
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot, a clear systematic approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong sense of drive, enthusiasm and energy
