Has experience delivering and maintaining B2B web apps, with some consumer-facing product experience preferred

The Opportunity
This role is a Systems Engineering – Mechanical role supporting Land Engineering Agency (LEA) providing engineering services to Commercial and General Service Vehicle Systems Project Office (CGSVSPO), in delivery of Vehicle Fleet Sustainment support. The role will support the Technical Integrity of Fleets managed by CGSVSPO and is reliant upon the timely provision of engineering and technical services to manage, investigate and close out RODUM’s and associated Engineering/Technical changes. These changes require assessment to ensure Safety and Logistics factors are comprehensively addressed.
You will be joining a team to deliver the technical aspects of the project through design reviews, test and evaluation and support to technical certification. A focus on building relationships, managing KBR’s partnerships and maintaining client satisfaction will be key to this role, with a view to maximising business opportunities within the agreed operating structure.

Prepare Engineering Change documentation, including amendments to impacted Technical Data and Safety Artefacts IAW LEA processes, systems and authorities
Provide support to RODUM investigations through review and assessment of technical data and logistics factors
Support conduct of Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Maintain Configuration Management of Technical Data and artefacts
Support the conduct of Test and Evaluation activities and Technical Certification activities.

IT is on -premace application, they have 2 in support, one sys admin, one applications expert and

The role is fully office based.
CANDIDATE:
The key thing is to be someone who has a keeness in support and business craft, working on their system (a custom buisineess craft),
They need to be good with people, they will be supporting Andrew (applications manager)- reporting to Anfrew and lightening his load, learning the system, assisting with looking after the ERP.
So ERP support, and secondly working on CRM's, dashboard reporting, so a someonbe with PowerBI reporting could be good too.
Someone with a good overview of a modern EROP application, doing reporting, understanding business processes. It's not development but wholly support. There is development involved.
Report: Andrew (mainly) and Fabio
Growth: Within the company, they could jump into Andres role so being the apps manager if they play their cards right, also can move into the CRM side of things. May possibly go into a BA role.
Tech: no need for IT techy background, a lot of it is around analytics, process and support -
Proj: Business craft is getting rebuilt from the ground up mid year - there will be lots of support for that. That's the software that they use.
MOST IMPORTANT: Character is more important than IT exp. You will have to be shopwing construction people IT features. Tech background isn't important. It's a wholly support role. It's more supporting applications, making changes to the ERP. Someone who's interested in process improvement, they still need to be able to understand whatr the application does, someone with construction background would be good to.
If they even have 6mo experience but a good character they are good to send.
Salary - $70-$80k + Super. depending on exp.
Staff retention is REALLY GOOD
Interview process: 1 and done - with Andre and Fabio. possibnly do one more chat. It's really more cultural, see how this person could explain something to a GM around the business. Someone who can build reporre.
