KREWE’s unique approach to eyewear has created a cult-following amongst consumers and influencers alike. Our frames have appeared in publications from GQ to VOGUE and on celebrities such as Beyonce, Gigi Hadid, Meghan Markle, Carrie Underwood, Hailey Bieber, Zayne Malik, Scott Disick, Adam Huber, among others.

We are seeking a Fulfillment Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of order fulfillment, receiving, distributing and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with experience in e-commerce and wholesale fulfillment operations. This candidate will have excellent organization skills, keen attention to detail and must be ready to lead and motivate a team. We are looking for a self-starter who can adapt quickly, demonstrate creativity and can prioritize multiple ongoing projects and tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center; responsible for overseeing the receiving, picking, packing and shipping of all outbound orders, including but not limited to e-commerce, wholesale, event and store restock orders.
  • Track key performance indicators as order accuracy, on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner to meet customer expectations and company KPIs. Establish order accuracy best practices as needed. Edit and correct order entry errors when needed.
  • Utilizes EDI software to fulfill orders, maintains record of vendor-specific standards of execution for all specialty orders.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Maintains physical and systematic inventory locations for all product and supplies. Add, modifies or edits bin locations, backstock inventory locations and maintains optimized locations for picking efficiency. Monitors stock levels, conducts regular audits, and coordinates replenishment orders when needed.
    • Oversees the management sample sale inventory, including individually tagging every unit, package them together, and safely store the product.
    • Ensure inventory management best practices are maintained at all times by team
    • Load and supervise the unloading of supplies and inventory. Ensures all product and supplies are put away in proper locations.
  • Cross Functional Parter:
    • Work closely with the customer service team to address any fulfillment-related issues or inquiries.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and marketing, to optimize systems and processes for order fulfillment.
    • Manage relationship and inventory movement with third party warehouse
  • Logistics Minded
    • Schedule all LTL shipments and ensure on time pick up and delivery for all instances, including supplies, events, company moves
    • Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to improve productivity and reduce costs.
    • Oversees receipt of wholesale product returns; partners with wholesale team on errors
    • Maintain orderly external building operations and schedule trash pickups as needed.
  • Leadership Forward
    • Provide leadership and direction to fulfillment team members, including training, coaching, and performance management. Set individual and team KPIs that support overall company goals.
    • During high volume times, source, train, and hire temporary fulfillment associates to help pack orders.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing order fulfillment operations and improving efficiency.
  • Must have excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Google Suite.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite or other ERP software
  • Knowledge of best practices in warehouse operations and safety regulations.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs. Forklift experience a plus.
