Our client, a Food Production Company is seeking a Warehouse associate to join their team. As a General Labourer, you will be part of the production team. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, previous experience working in a warehouse and must have their own car since the location is not transit accessible.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Langley, BC
Pay Range: $20 per hour
What’s the Job?
- Sort the product on the assembler.
- Stack bags in trays, Put trays on roller conveyor by bending down to floor level, and lifting tray weighing approx 7(kg ) above shoulder level to make a stack 13 or 14 high depending on shipping need.
- Receive incoming shipments, verifying the quality and quantity of products.
- Push the stack on the rollers, open the trays if tray supply is down
- Inspect products for damage or defects before shipment.
- When needed must be capable to lifting up to 50 Lbs box of bags.
What’s Needed?
- Previous experience working in a warehouse.
- Must have private transportation; location is not transit accessible.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies
What’s in it for me?
- 12 hours shifts, With 3 days: 6:00am to 6:00PM
- Full-time
- Weekly pay; every Friday.
- 4% of vacation pay on top of each paycheck.
- Temporary to permanent assignment
