Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Management Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) (Level 3 or 4) to join our Fabrication Fulfillment Core Strategy and Integration or Fabrication Fulfillment Core t eam in Auburn, Washington, Everett, Washington, Portland, Oregon or Salt Lake City, Utah!

The Supply Chain Analyst will have responsibility across all airplane programs. This position will incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. The Statement of Work has an emphasis on outside processing schedule and vendor management. Cross functional collaboration efforts and also includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.

This is a motivated team that works together to solve complicated supply chain problems and enable successful production. You will contribute as a team member alongside subject matter experts in the field of supply chain, inventory management and expedite to deliver solutions that help The Boeing Company deliver safe, better and more efficient airplanes and products.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Guides integrated product design/build teams by independently representing Supply Chain Management (SCM) plans and strategies to arrive at optimal solutions

  • Leads cross-functional teams in the introduction of new tools and techniques

  • Presents analysis of performance measurements to senior managers

  • Investigates complex ordering conditions

  • Develops and implements new ordering methodologies

  • Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations

  • Creates complex schedules

  • Develops materials management estimates and schedules for new business proposals.

  • Identifies, analyzes, develops and implements best practices, processes and procedures for SCM

  • Recommends changes to new or existing corporate and divisional policies

  • Leads teams and is responsible for overseeing, documenting, implementing and maintaining the improvements they contribute

  • Works under minimal direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain management or materials management

  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain forecasting

  • 3+ years of experience interpreting Bill of Materials

  • 3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • 3+ years of experience with eTRAC system (or equivalent shortage tracking system)

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Typical Education/Experience:

Mid-Level: Level 3: Typically, 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Senior: Level 4: Typically, 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Summary pay range: Location: Portland, Oregon (Mid-Level – Level 3) - $81,600 - $110,400

Summary pay range: Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (Mid-Level – Level 3) - $76,500 - $103,500

Summary pay range: Location: Auburn, Washington: (Senior – Level 4) - $98,600 - $133,400

Summary pay range: Location: Everett, Washington (Senior – Level 4) - $98,600 - $133,400

Summary pay range: Location: Portland, Oregon (Senior – Level 4) - $98,600 - $133,400

Summary pay range: Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (Senior Level 4) - $91,800 – $124,200
