Job Title: Warehouse Operative-Line Lead
Hourly Rate: $16.50/hr
Shift Time: 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday (10:45 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)
Location: West Chester, OH
Indeed Flex is hiring a BILINGUAL Line Lead for one of their manufacturing clients in West Chester, OH. *Must be bilingual in Spanish and English*
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must
- Previous manufacturing experience is required
- Previous good attendance record
- Must have 1 or more year(s) of warehouse experience, some quality control, lead role, and assembly experience

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the product is accurate and correct.
- Supervise line workers ensuring they are executing their duties properly.
- Working weekends when needed.
- Maintain machinery for consistent operations
- Troubleshoot and identify potential operational issues
