Opportunity Overview: Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Educator / Staff Development Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the clinical competencies of our nursing staff. This position offers a unique blend of hands-on training, curriculum development, and leadership within a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment. Your expertise will directly impact patient care quality and the professional development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and initiatives for nursing staff.
Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify learning needs and performance gaps.
Facilitate hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Collaborate with nursing leadership to support clinical excellence and adherence to best practices.
Monitor and ensure compliance with continuing education and certification requirements.
Lead orientation programs for new hires and ongoing support for staff development.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree preferred.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a teaching or educator role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and a passion for teaching and mentorship.
