Rheem Commercial National Accounts

Rheem Commercial National Accounts is a dynamic, growing team within Rheem Commercial Water, a division of Rheem Manufacturing, one of the world leaders in water heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related fields. The National Account team is determined to excel in providing best in class National Account support, service, and solutions for their customers. The Account Sales Manager will be a key role in driving strategic sales and profit growth for the National Account team. Key target market verticals are food service, grocery and convenience, retail and salon, and hospitality.

Account Sales Manager

The Account Sales Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. In this role, you will work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you will be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

This role is 100% Remote and will be serving our Rheem commercial water division located in Roswell, Ga.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with customers to improve their operations
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Collaborate with the organization to grow opportunities in target markets
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • As sales needs require, build and manage a team of Account Managers to meet strategic goals
  • The Sales Account Manager will report to the National Accounts Manager and work with a team of Inside Sales / Customer Service and Administrative personnel.


Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or equal - 5 year minimum, over 10 years of successful experience preferred
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • A servant leader mindset eager to collaborate with, develop, and support a dynamic team
  • BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field or equal
  • Able to travel (25%) and manage customer engagement across the US

The pay scale for this position in California, New York City, New York or Connecticut is $67,100 - $107,400. Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.
