ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Associate, Internal Marketing and Communications will provide leadership to the PRO NA Commercial team with Internal Communications to drive operational effectiveness. This role would lead the development of key routines such as Monthly North America All Hands Meetings, biweekly commercial and marketing communications, and own the internal commercial portal for all North America Sales Enablement Tools. This role would also provide training materials and roll out new internal communication processes to the team. This role partners with key internal stakeholders such as marketing segment owners, customer marketing leads, sales leadership, and other cross functional partners to ensure that commercialization tools are easy to access for all marketing, sales, and support functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a commercial portal to enable product commercialization, drive adoption of sales enablement tools and a one stop shop for Sales across Canada and the US.
    • Create uniformed and accessible layout for SharePoint for Canada and US
    • Ensure users have access to sales and marketing materials. Work with sales and marketing leaders to ensure all materials are available.
    • Ensure SharePoint has correct images of products (cartridges, dispensers), family shots with correct packaging labels, PI sheet, third party certification icons/logos - archive discontinued and outdated products.
  • Lead the North America All Hands Monthly Content development by partnering with the North America Leadership team to ensure all deadlines and content is leveraged. Lead Q&A and post event surveys.
  • Create, organize and distribute internal communications in HubSpot.
  • Leverage Hubspot as needed to send out bi-weekly or important commercial / marketing information.
  • Manage regional tradeshow process, routines, and optimization. Partner with administrative assistant to ensure the shipping of banners, reviewing inventory, and advising segment owners of additional marketing needs.
  • Update and any other sharepoints / portals as needed with relevant content.
  • Coordinate printing of literature, brochures, posters, and banners and sell sheets with print shop for customers. Develop a print on demand service.
  • Create / Updated Email signature banner for SCJ Pro NA.
  • Provide backup support for Social Media and external communications.
  • Download and print SDS sheets from for regulatory customer requirements. Organizing final customer file and work with printer and shipper.
  • Provide direction to customers on where to find SDS sheets and guiding email enquiries as appropriate to customer service, inside sales.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • 2 + years' experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or equivalent

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Remote work is available one day a week for eligible employees after 90 days.
