We are hiring for a Retail Transformation Manager (SALES) that will lead a team of Business Product Managers, Business Analyst and Implementation Specialist for a specific retail function (i.e., Sales, Retail Operations or Cross Function Business Projects and New Product rollouts). This role will drive technology enhancements and projects and process improvements/standardization for a specific retail function driving continuous improvement and best practices with retailers across the entire network.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strategic plan to prioritize for retail functional area the technology/digital needs and processes to continue to deliver works class homeowner experience and lead the industry in growth.
- Lead team for functional retail area to deliver projects, technology, processes and training.
- Deliver detailed project plans and report status to executives and business partners.
- Partner with IT/Digital team to deliver to retail the prioritized projects and enhancements.
- Key delivery leader to document and build best practices for using solutions in the field.
- Serve on business function council and retail transformation council.
- Prioritize projects and deliver to retail the comprehensive project, process and training delivering a unified experience using SOP's, internal (RenewU) courses, live and/or virtual training sessions.
- Coach, mentor and supervise business function team members.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in related field plus a minimum of 15 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinking skills.
- Strong technical skills preferred.
- Leadership skills in cross functional environment.
- Networking and relationship building skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% - 40%.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
