The applicable salary range for this position is $144,000 - $180,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Oversee all aspects of production of daily sports studio show including implementation of segment ideas, graphics and workflows.
- Work directly with host to ideate and execute creative vision of show.
- Hire, manage and oversee production team as direct supervisor and oversee assignments.
- Mentor team members creating diverse and inclusive work environment while implementing best practices and hold teaming members accountable with regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Liaison between host and network executive team
- Build on success of show and develop growth strategies including identifying and innovate new ways to increase and engage audience.
- Collaborate interdepartmentally with marketing, ad sales, partnerships, legal, sportsbook, casino and others as needed
- Strong crisis management skills including handling sensitive issues related to fast paced live broadcast environment
- Plan out future shows including tentpole events such as Super Bowl, Kentucky Derby etc.
- Work within budget assigned to show
- Oversee social media producers and help identify clips with viral potential
- Fill in as line producer as needed.
- Must be able to collaborate effectively with different departments in a television production environment.
- Strong knowledge of live sports television landscape and trends.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a senior producer/manager at a national level studio show
- Experience leading and supervising a production staff with strategic vision
- Strong interest in and vast knowledge of global professional sports.
- Experience assessing current trends and making content for audiences including on social media
- Experience shepherding projects from ideation to implementation.
- Experience overseeing multiple projects and programs at once with shifting priorities.
- Knowledge of major sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL) required, as well as the particulars of sports betting.
