The Role:

The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items in accordance to Little Rad recipes and maintaining cleanliness of BOH and dish areas.


2 years experience as prep/line cook required


Cook job duties will include, but are not limited to:


  • Properly demonstrate knowledge and ability to safely operate kitchen equipment (knives, deli slicers, alto-shaam/oven, etc.)
  • Create dishes from scratch to completion
  • Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistently high-quality food
  • Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Maintain clean, food-safe dish and prep stations throughout shift in accordance to safety and sanitation measures
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu + ingredients
  • Assist in other aspects of the store, including but not limited to, cleaning dishes, restocking walk-in and storage areas, and assisting general manager with other assigned tasks
