Job Title: Fine Dining Server

Hourly Rate: $22.00/hr

Shift Dates: April 20th, 3:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

Location: Aubrey, TX

Indeed Flex is hiring Fine Dining Servers for their hospitality client in Aubrey, TX.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of fine dining or upscale restaurant service experience required.


• Thorough knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards.


• Strong understanding of food and beverage principles, including menu knowledge and wine pairing basics.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Well-groomed appearance with clean and professional attire; no visible piercings or tattoos while on duty.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to assigned tables, maintaining the highest standards of fine dining etiquette and guest satisfaction.


• Explain menu items and wine pairings confidently, tailoring recommendations to individual guest preferences.


• Accurately and efficiently take orders, ensuring seamless service throughout the dining experience.


• Proactively address guest needs and resolve any issues.


• Maintain a clean and organized tableside presentation, adhering to restaurant hygiene and aesthetic standards.


• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow and overall dining room efficiency.


• Participate in pre-shift briefings and training sessions to stay informed about menu changes, service procedures, and guest expectations.
