(0.3 FTE 11.25 hours per week) this role, you will:Provide professional, clinical and strategic leadership to the Paediatric Palliative Care Psychosocial team (consist of Social Work, Grief and Loss Coordinator, Art Therapist and Strengthening Connections Program and Hospital wide bereavement support)Develop and maintain a high standard of governance and accountability for the Psychosocial TeamDevelop and review psychosocial service delivery models in consultation with the PPCS teamContribute to PPCS leadership in collaboration with the Medical and Nursing Leads.Provide consultancy and advice on matters relating to psychosocial care and services.Provide clinical supervision, education and mentoring to the Psychosocial Team to ensure best practice both within the service and more broadly to healthcare professionals and care providers across the state of South Australia and the Northern find out the specifics, including the
