Rise Up Psychological Services is a growing psychologypractice located in Bardwell Park, NSW. Our offerings include general and specialisedservices for children, adolescents, parents/carers, facing variouspsychological challenges. From psychological assessments to therapy, training,peer and organisational consultations, we cater to a broad spectrum of needs. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Demonstratepassion and commitment to providing support to children, adolescents,their parents or carers, addressing a spectrum of concerns such asanxiety, depression, grief, trauma-related issues, neurodiversity,emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural challenges, socialchallenges, attachment issues, and parent-child relationship issues. Demonstratedknowledge and skills in providing best practice evidence-basedpsychological interventions for a diverse range of mental health andneurodivergent challenges with a focus on delivering high-quality care. Well-developedpsychometric skills including the ability to administer and interpretcognitive, emotional, behavioural, mental health, academic, personality,and neurodevelopmental psychometric assessments. Strongdiagnostic and case formulation skills in relation to psychological,developmental, behavioural and neurodevelopmental disorders. Well-developedknowledge and demonstrated clinical experience in the provision oftrauma-informed practices and their application in working with vulnerablechildren, adolescents, and their carers. Demonstratedhighly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,including the ability to write high-quality letters and clinical/forensicreports. A demonstratedcompetence and confidence in managing ethical issues relating to workingwith separated parents, confidentiality limits when working with youth,child protection matters and risk of significant harm. Strongadministrative, time-management, and organisational abilities, includingthe ability to prioritise tasks and competing demands. Skill inestablishing professional networks and fostering partnerships with localagencies and businesses. A commitment toreceiving peer consultation and professional development. Able to workindependently but also be a collaborative team member. Knowledge andcommitment to providing neurodiversity-affirming clinical care. Willing to be trained or have theknowledge and experience in: The Cool Kids Child and Adolescent Anxiety Program   DeliveringCircle of Security or PCIT therapy.
