Description Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments of all facilities
- Assist with emergency and crisis management response
- Function as an investigative resource for security, human resources and compliance
- Assist with guard force management
- Develop, implement and maintain security processes and strategies to reduce financial and asset loss
- Assist with executive protection and travel security
- Coordinate and manage preventative programs and services to protect against business disruptions
- Communicate status of security issues impacting local or regional processes
- Develop collaborative relationships; provide expertise, technical guidance, and training to ensure effective security services
- Other duties as required

- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Travel to outlying plants in region as needed
- University degree or above preferred
- Former Military or Law Enforcement preferred.
- PSP preferred or the willingness to become certified within the first 6 months
- Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in a Security-related field, preferably with administrative and supervisory responsibility.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, good problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, highly motivated, forward thinking, and proactive.
