Job DescriptionDescription:We are currently seeking an Entry Level Machine Operator to operate a CNC Bridge Mill and Manual Planer Mill:
- Set up and remove work pieces from a machine per procedure
- Proficiently use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators and gauges to ensure conformance of specified tolerances
- Ability to perform in-process inspections at a machine and adjust various offsets to ensure conformance of workpieces as required
- Position and secure workpieces on machines using measuring instruments, holding devices, hand tools, and cranes
- Study blueprints, lay outs, sketches, and work orders to determine tolerances and work procedures
- Ability to recognize tooling types- facemill, drill, taps, etc.

- Ability to read and understand documents and blueprints
- Ability to use hand tools. (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, tape measure, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds to insert tooling, materials, and use lifting devices
- Crane experience
- Forklift experience
- Prior machining experience
- Knowledge in general machining practices
Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly Wage
