Job Summary
The College of Engineering's Oce of Recruiting, K-12 Outreach & Scholarships is seeking candidates for the position of Engineering Recruitment Program Manager.

This position will assist in overseeing the development, program management and implementation of recruiting future engineering students. Develops and administers projects, day-to-day visitors, school visits and programming to ensure the college's enrollment goals and objectives are met. Reviews and evaluates program effectiveness of recruiting efforts. Serves as the primary liaison with student recruiting stakeholders including prospective students, counselors, teachers, alumni, parents, college partners, and Admissions Oce. Serves on the engineering scholarship committee to identify recipients for engineering scholarship awards. Determines marketing needs and helpsmanage, coordinate, prepare, review and edit an assortment of communication through various media outlets. Supervises the Engineering Administrator of Student Recruiting.

Essential Functions
Manages recruitment of high achieving students to achieve college recruitment goals.

Represents the organization's recruitment opportunities at various on-campus and off-campusrecruiting events including college fairs and school visits, University student recruitment events,community and/or business meetings, recruitment committees, and task forces.

Plans and implements targeted recruiting events and programming to achieve college recruitmentgoals.

Develops and designs marketing strategies and publications used for recruitment and specialprograms; coordinates direct mail programs, email and other communication efforts to meetpredetermined marketing strategies; oversees campaigns targeting high-achieving students.

Provides supervision, guidance and training to recruitment staff, including internal procedures,customer service and problem resolution.

Designs and implements systems to collect, maintain, and analyze recruitment data; generates and disseminates progress reports, nal reports, and other information related to recruitmentproject(s) or program(s).

Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short- andlong-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established recruitment goals.

Serves on the engineering scholarship committee and assists with scholarship component with regard to initial awarding of scholarships within the unit.

Ensures compliance with university, state, and federal laws, policies, regulationsand principles of good practice with regard to recruitment and scholarships.

Provides information to stakeholders on recruitment and scholarship guidelines.







Minimum Qualifications





Minimum Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.



Experience:
5 years experience in project and program administration.

Substitutions allowed for Experience:
When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement, at a rate of one (1) year relevant education per year of required experience.
